Course Structure

Physics- F=ma
Prep course
This course prepares you for the F=ma exam, the first step in selecting the U.S. team for the International Physics Olympiad. You will learn classical mechanics through problems from past exams and explore strategies for success.
The F=ma course is an algebra-based, introductory physics class covering kinematics, dynamics, circular motion, gravitation, energy, momentum, simple harmonic motion, torque, and rotational motion.

Physics- USAPho
Prep course
This course prepares you for the USAPhO, an invitation-only exam for U.S. residents. A cut-off score from the F-ma exam will determine who is invited, with around 400 participants selected for the UO.
This course encompasses a wide range of topics including electricity and magnetism, thermodynamics, fluids, relativity, waves, and nuclear and atomic physics.
