Camp Policies
Bathroom Etiquette: Students
• Open the restroom door gently.
• Turn off the faucet promptly.
• Clean up any water spills on countertops or floors to maintain hygiene and prevent accidents.
Eating and Drinking Policy
• Eating and drinking are permitted only in the designated kitchen area.
• Chewing gum is prohibited at our center.
• Students may bring snacks for consumption in the kitchen.
Use of Furniture and Personal Spaces
• Return all tables, chairs, or benches to their original positions after use.
• Ensure personal spaces are kept clean and organized at all times.
Language and Behavior
• The use of offensive or inappropriate language is strictly prohibited.
• Fighting, bullying, or any form of provocation is not tolerated.
• Students will receive two warnings before facing expulsion for repeated violations
Course Information
● No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the camp start date.
● Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the start of camp may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a processing fee.
Group Courses
● No refunds will be granted after the second scheduled class.
● Students who withdraw before the second class may receive a prorated refund, less administrative fees.
Private Lessons
● Private lessons follow a fixed course schedule. Schedule changes are not permitted at the student’s request.
● No refunds will be provided for any rescheduling initiated by the student or teacher.
● Make-up classes are allowed only within the same calendar month and are subject to instructor availability.
● Unused make-up classes do not roll over to the next month.
Make-Up Class Policy
● Make-up classes must be requested in advance and approved by the front desk.
● All make-up sessions must be completed within the same month as the original missed class.
● All Enrichment classes, absent students can only reschedule a private lesson with the Teacher.
Health and Safety
● Students showing symptoms of illness should remain at home.
● Parents must notify staff immediately if a student is diagnosed with a communicable illness.
Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
● Ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of students.
● Keep contact information up to date for emergency communications.
● Review camp updates and notices regularly.
** Limited illness or emergency related exceptions for rollover/makeup will be allowed with written notice via email. Such exceptions will be allowed only once every 2 months. Prolonged illness cases must be discussed with center management asap.

Liability Release
I, the Party, being the parent/guardian of the minor named above, acknowledge and agree to the following:
● Assumption of Risk: I understand that by participating in tutoring sessions, classes, exam preparation, and field trips/events offered by Wonder Quest Learning Center ("the Company"), my child may be exposed to various risks inherent in such activities. These risks may include, but are not limited to, physical injury, accidents, and/or incidents that may arise during educational activities and excursions. I acknowledge that the Company will take appropriate precautions to minimize risks but cannot guarantee that all risks will be eliminated.
● Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Wonder Quest Learning Center, its employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from or related to any personal injury, accidents, property damage, or any other consequences arising out of my child's participation in any activities organized by the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims arising from negligence, errors, omissions, or actions of the Company.
● Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wonder Quest Learning Center and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, loss, or expense arising out of my child’s participation in any activity, including legal fees, claims, or lawsuits.
Medical Release
I, the Party, understand that in the event of an illness, injury, or medical emergency that occurs during my child's participation in any activity organized by Wonder Quest Learning Center, the Company will make every reasonable attempt to contact me or my designated emergency contact.
● Consent for Medical Treatment: In the event of a medical emergency where I am unable to be reached, I authorize Wonder Quest Learning Center to seek emergency medical treatment for my child and to share my child's medical information with healthcare providers, including doctors, hospitals, and emergency medical personnel, as necessary. I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical treatment.
● Health Conditions and Special Needs: I agree to inform Wonder Quest Learning Center in writing of any health conditions, allergies, disabilities, or special needs that may affect my child's ability to safely participate in activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that the Company is aware of any such conditions.
● Insurance: I understand that Wonder Quest Learning Center does not provide health or accident insurance for my child and that I am responsible for maintaining adequate health insurance coverage for my child.
Photography and Media Release
I hereby grant permission for Wonder Quest Learning Center to photograph or videotape my child during any program or event, and to use such images or recordings in promotional materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, brochures, and other printed materials, without compensation or further consent.
Acknowledgment and Consent
I, the Party, have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver. I acknowledge that my consent is voluntary and that I am under no obligation to agree to these terms. I also acknowledge that I may request a copy of these terms for my records.
